First of all, a Commercial Realtor has instant access to a tremendous amount of data regarding Commercial Real Estate Properties. It would take a lot of time away from a Tenant or Buyer's business if he or she were to start looking for a property and the property data on their own. It is very unlikely they would uncover all the properties that could meet their needs or all of the details about the properties to make a great decision about which property is right for them. A Commercial Realtor can save you hours of driving around, calling phone numbers on signs, and many times not getting a response. Also the number on the sign you are calling will get you to an Agent of the Landlord's whose primary responsibility, by signed contract, is to negotiate the best transaction possible for the Owner of the property.
