Commercial Realty Partners is currently working on a number of projects. The largest is a listing to sell approximately 50 acres on the proposed Commuter Rail Line from downtown Denver to the Denver International Airport. A light rail station and a high density mixed used project could be built on this site.
Other projects include finding office space to lease for several different clients ranging from 300 sq. ft. to 5,000 sq. ft. We work with small, local clients just getting started in business as well as large national corporations and investors looking for fully leased property to purchase.
We are also working with retail and industrial clients looking to lease or purchase space for their business or purchase as an investment.
In this current market, we have a few spaces for sublease from clients who are downsizing their business. It is unfortunate that businesses are suffering during this downturn in the economy, but there are also a great many reductions in lease rates and selling prices of commercial real estate property. Some really good opportunities are available in the real estate market today.
