Finding the Right Property |
Finding office space for a Tenant or a Buyer is a large part of our business at Commercial Realty partners. We have access to many data bases with listing details of the office buildings available for lease or sale in the Denver Metro Area. We are very familiar with many of the building owners and listing brokers and can put together a great deal of detailed information for our clients about the available office buildings for sale or the space available for lease. After working with a client to define their requirements, we provide a list of buildings that will meet those requirements and then tour the buildings which have the most interest to the client. Of course, we continue to work with our clients through the proposal stage, the review of the lease, the tenant finish work and all other details until the client finally takes possession of the office space.

This includes those who need large warehouse operations with dock high or drive in doors, as well as those clients who need mostly office space, but would be interested in an industrial flex building which may include a minimum of warehouse or storage space. Of course that assumes that the land is actually available that meets all of your requirements. If the land is available, we will find it for you and help you through all of the details of purchasing the property.
